Our Rougemont facility is located in the beautiful, quiet countryside of Orange County, North Carolina, just a short drive from both Durham, Hillsborough and Roxboro. Each of our suites have a private outdoor covered patio, so that your pet can make the most of the fresh country air no matter the weather.
Our multiple play groups ensure that your dog is always matched with their best fit for size,
temperament, and activity level. All play groups are monitored closely by a staff member to
ensure fun and fair play for each dog.
OFFICE HOURS
Monday-Friday: 7:30 – 10:30am & 2:30 – 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9 – 10:30am and 3 – 5pm
Sunday: 3pm – 5pm
Closed for pick up and drop off: January 1st, July 4th, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
DOG DAYCARE
Our daycare services are a great way to fulfill your pup’s activity needs when you are not home and do not want to leave your pup alone.
We offer constructive play sessions with our staff and/or other doggie playmates. Dog safety is our outmost priority. We make sure to successfully pair dogs according to size and temperament. We monitor dog’s interactions to ensure that they are playing fairly and every dog is enjoying their time outside with friends.
Dogs have access to artificial turf play yards, toys, kiddie pools and an inground pools.
We offer am and pm play sessions, and a mid day nap time to recharge energy and take a break from the weather.
All dogs must have current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella vaccines. Influenza vaccine not required but highly recommended.
Out facility accepts intact female or male dogs.

DOG BOARDING
Our focus is safety, sanitation and entertainment for your pup. During your dog’s stay, we will ensure he or she is taken care with the outmost attention to detail. Our boarding facility is climate controlled and our staff maintains the highest cleaning protocols.
Safety is our priority, we make sure dogs are paired according to size and temperament.
We monitor dogs while playing to make sure they are interacting fairly and every dog is enjoying their time with friends.
Play yards have secure and well maintained fencing, artificial turf, shade areas, toys and pools.
Depending on your preferences and your dog temperament, we offer play sessions with the staff or with other doggies present at the facility.
We are an all inclusive facility, there is no extra charges for playtime, belly rubs, treats or administering medications.
All dogs must have current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordatella vaccines. Influenza vaccine not required but strongly suggested.
We accept intact dogs. There may be an additional charge if your dog is in heat during the stay.

CAT BOARDING
Our facility offers spacious and modern cat enclosures where your cat will feel comfortable and safe.
Each enclosure offers its private bedding and litter box.
The cat room is climate controlled and has 24/7 tv playing wildlife and bird shows. This room is separate from the dog area, so it offers cats a private and quiet stay.
We also offer a daily complementary Cat Jungle time with any stay.
In The Cat Jungle, kitties have access to a cat tree, outdoor view, and spacious exercise space to jump and climb.
All cats must be up to date on Rabies and FCRVP vaccines.
